People and Culture

NAMAA, our one-to-one mentorship programme, is live, with the next application window opening in 2026.

This month we welcomed 14 new salaried joiners — including Sales Managers Tareq and Rabih, Camila as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Legal Advisor Ahmed — along with 40 new agents. We also hosted our first Wellness Day. Congratulations to Leen for the highest recruiter commission in the team's history. We are hiring a new Trainer — reach out with interest or referrals.
